Fasting calendar

Set up a schedule here, then keep it in a calendar that shows what is planned, what you actually fasted, and how each fast went.

This calculator works out times. It is not medical advice and cannot tell you whether fasting is suitable for you. Talk to a healthcare professional before you start, and end a fast and eat if you feel unwell. Safety information

What the calendar shows

The ADF Chronicles calendar draws each day twice: once for the plan, with fasting and eating windows in proportion, and once for the time you actually fasted. Each fast is marked as completed, ended early, skipped or not recorded.

It works for any method on this site and for custom hours. Changing method never rewrites what you have already recorded: past fasts stay on the days they happened.

Everything is saved on your own device. There is no account, and a backup file can be downloaded at any time. Use the calculator above to set up a schedule, then choose Start this fast to open it in the tracker, where the Calendar tab shows it.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The calendar runs in your browser and saves to your device. That also means clearing your browser's data removes it, so download a backup from Profile if you want to keep a copy.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It is built for a phone screen first. Open the tracker in your phone's browser; you can add it to your home screen from the browser's menu to get back to it quickly.

What does Start this fast do?

It opens the ADF Chronicles tracker with this schedule filled in and shows you what it will do. Nothing is saved until you confirm there. The tracker then counts down the fast, keeps a calendar and records how each fast went, on your own device with no account.

Is this medical advice?

No. The calculator does arithmetic on times. It knows nothing about your health and cannot tell you whether fasting, or a fast of this length, is suitable for you. Talk to a healthcare professional before you start, and read the safety information.
