The short version

Everything you enter stays on your device. ADF Chronicles has no accounts, and we do not receive or store what you enter.

What is stored, and where

The app saves the following in your browser's storage on the device you are using:

Some of this, such as weight and how you felt during a fast, is health-related. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. It is not shared between your devices, and on an iPhone or iPad the installed app and Safari keep separate copies.

To work without a connection, the app also saves its own pages, code and icons on your device. These contain nothing you entered.

What we do not do

Website hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, it handles the request your browser makes when a page loads, which includes your IP address and browser type, and may keep standard server logs. Those logs do not contain anything you enter in the app.

Backups

The backup feature creates a file on your device with everything listed above. The file is not uploaded anywhere. Anyone who has the file can read it, so keep it somewhere you trust.

Deleting your data

Use Erase everything in Profile, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or remove the installed app from your device. Because nothing is stored on our side, there is nothing for us to delete.

If you used the earlier version of ADF Chronicles, its own copy of your calendar stays on this device until you clear this site's data in your browser settings. Erase everything does not remove it.

Changes

If ADF Chronicles adds features that store information outside your device, such as accounts, syncing between devices or paid plans, this page will be updated before those features are turned on, and they will be optional. The app will keep working without an account.
